Reverend
Fisher believes a Pastor should actively set goals for a congregation
according to the will of God, obtain goal ownership from the people,
and see that each member is motivated and capacitated to do his or her
part in the fulfillment of God’s plan and program.
To pastor a people who love the Lord Jesus Christ and are seeking His
will for their lives is a calling and commitment he aspires.
